2.3 We do not sell products intended for purchase by children.

3. Product Information & Availability
3.1 We make every reasonable effort to ensure product details, images, descriptions, and pricing are accurate.
3.2 Due to screen settings, lighting, natural variations, or manufacturing processes, actual colours, textures, or finishes may vary slightly.
3.3 All products are subject to availability. We may modify, update, or discontinue any item without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payments
4.1 All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Payments must be made through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Amazon).
4.3 In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order even after confirmation.
4.4 If an order is cancelled due to such error, a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 We deliver Australia-wide through trusted couriers and fulfilment partners.
5.2 Shipping Fees:
Victoria (VIC): AUD $99 flat rate
Other States/Territories: AUD $150 flat rate
5.3 Estimated delivery times:
Metro areas: 3–7 business days
Regional/remote areas: 7–14 business days
5.4 Custom or pre-order items may require up to 8 weeks (2 months) for dispatch.

6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply in addition to our policies.
6.2 We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind unless otherwise agreed (see Return Policy).
6.3 If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will repair, replace, or refund it in accordance with the ACL.

7. Custom-Made & Special Orders
7.1 Custom-made or made-to-order furniture is final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless faulty under the ACL.
7.2 Please carefully review all specifications (dimensions, finishes, materials) before confirming your order.
8. Warranty
8.1 All products purchased from ANYEE LIVING include a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty for normal residential use.
8.2 The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or natural variations in wood, fabric, or leather.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All website content—including images, logos, graphics, text, and product descriptions—is the property of ANYEE LIVING PTY LTD.
